The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to misuse, resell or redistribute any content or test material.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans grant access for the stated duration. Prices are shown in INR and processed securely via Razorpay. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Intellectual Property
All questions, solutions, videos and branding are the property of The Pundits Official and are protected by applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Screen-recording, scraping, sharing paid content or attempting to disrupt the service is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for exam outcomes or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to Terms
