Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds on digital test-series purchases.
Last updated: February 2026. This is a demonstration policy for a portfolio clone of The Pundits Official.
1. Digital Products
Our test series, mocks and PDFs are digital products delivered instantly on purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed a significant portion of the content (for example, attempted more than 5 tests).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Free products, promotional bundles and content already substantially used are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request
Email support@thepunditsofficial.in with your order details and reason. Our team will review within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
